My Reaction to the Seth Books
In early December, 1977, we were poor. When the sole bread winner in the family, asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I said, “nothing, honey.” She couldn’t accept that so I said, “what about a book?” She agreed so I composed a list of six popular metaphysical books of the day, including Chilton Pearce’s, Crack in the Cosmic Egg. After visiting two of San Francisco’s largest bookstores, Sandra couldn’t find even one of the books on my list. Wondering what to buy, here eyes were drawn to Jane Robert’s face on the purple cover of Seth Speaks – the Eternal Validity of the Soul. It was the greatest Christmas gift I’ve ever had. It helped me find answers and make peace with life.
