Visions and Experiences on and Off Drugs
What do drug-related visions and experiences tell us about what we are and what we can do? Regardless of why we take them, what can we learn from drug related experiences? On LSD, I found myself laughing at behavior I had previously been ashamed of. It was funny to think that I made myself suffer so much over behavior that was natural. The shame, embarrassment, and guilt I was taught to feel now seemed more like a bad habit than good sense. On marijuana, I became aware of the source of my arthritis.
