As Beings of Aware Energy, we are both one with and separate from All That Is – we are not only products of creation; we are creation itself! Do you believe this? I do. I also believe that, because we think, feel, act and react, we ARE. As we think, feel, act and react, we create. To change what we create, we change what we think and feel, how we act and react. To Be, we must create. To create, we must Be.
Okay, Being and Creation are one thing but becoming the selves we love to be in this noisy universe of All That Is that bombards us with ideas from within and fills us with suggestions and demands from without, is another. Do you want to be the self you hate to be or the self you love to be? Can we agree that the self we love to be is our True self? It makes sense to me. If, however, we allow ourselves be infected with thought and behavior patterns like money madness (greed) or we look to those, other than ourselves for approval, can we become our True selves?
As with all ideals, everything we do must be worthy of them or they become something else, something less than ideal. It may sound extreme but in an environment of unconditional love, there is nothing we have to do; there is only what we want to do. For example, instead of continuing to support a fixed system of right and wrong, good and bad, imposed on me by the shame of guilt and the fear of punishment, I prefer a fluid system based on what works best and makes me happiest. In exchange for this freedom, I accept full responsibility for the consequences of my thoughts and actions. In other words, I consciously do the best I can with what I know and learn more do better.
This is one of the things we all do that we don’t know we do. Why? Because it’s never discussed. We hear lots about how bad we are but very little about how good we are, how much we do, and how well we do it. Succumbing to the most often repeated narratives when they’re negative, can be our downfall. It’s time for us to wake up, wise up, and rise up to greater awareness and understanding. It’s time to become more conscious of how we create our reality. As mentioned above, as we think, feel, act and react, we create. To change what we create, we must change what we think and feel, how we act and react. Can you think of any other way?
